ORDINANCE NO. B-2145
AN ORDINANCE zoning and rezoning certain specific property situate in the
City of Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Yakima Planning Commission has duly considered
and recommended the zoning and rezoning of certain specific property in
the City of Yakima as hereinafter more fully described, and there having
been conducted a public hearing thereon; and it appearing to be in the
best interests of the City to so rezone said premises, and
WHEREAS, in drawing up the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
passed and approved by the City Commission on November 22, 1957, the

property in Section 2 hereinbelow was not placed under a zoning classi-
fication and was inadvertently omitted from said zoning ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property situate in
the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington, to-wit:
East half of Lot 11, Nob Hill Orchard Heights
be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1 zone to R-3 zone.
Section 2. That the following described property situate in
the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to-wit:
West 180 feet of the North 320 feet of the Southwest quarter
of Section 36, Township 13, Range 18;
be and the same is hereby zoned M-3 zone.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the
City Charter.

PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 13th
day of March, 1958.
