B-2280 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4.0 of Ordinance N B-606 of the City of Yakima entitled "AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating the operation of the Water Department of the City of Yakima; providing for the management and control thereof; providing for rules regulating and fixing the use and price of water supplied by the City and connections therewith; amending and re- - writing Ordinance A-988 as amended; providing penal- ties for the violation thereof; repealing certain ordinances and declaring an emergency." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That Section 4.0 of Ordinance B-606 of the City of Yakima be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows to-wit: Section 40: The City of Yakima, the Metropolitan Park District, the Regional Library, and any other public agency which received all or part of its revenue from the City of Yakima, shall pay to the Water D for all water used, an amount figured at the rate of $0.04 per 100 cubic feet, except that the minimum charge shall be the regular mini- mum period charge (as established in Section 33 of this Ordinance) for each service installed. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after its passage, approval andlublication as provided by law and the City Charter.
