ORDINANCE NO. B-2264
AN ORDINANCE rezoning certain specific property situate in the City of
Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has ,duly considered the re-
zoning of certain specific property in the City of Yakimaas hereinafter
more fully described, and it appearing that the City Planning Commission
has duly considered and recommended such change, and there having been
conducted a hearing thereon, and it appearing to be in the best interests
of the City of Yakima to rezone said premises, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property situate
in the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington, to-wit:
The East 1 of the East 1 of the Southwest quarter, North
west quarter, Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township
13 North, Range 18, E.W.M., except the North 150 feet
thereof.
Be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1, dingle Family
Residential to B-2, Local Business Zone.
Section 2. The above changes in zoning shallbe included
and dipicted on the next regularly amended Use District Map prepared
by and for the said City.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the
City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this llth
day of March, 1959.
