AN ORDINANCE adding Paragraph 19 of Section 800 of Ordinance No. B-2095, establishing zones in the City of Yakima; regulating and limiting the use of buildings and land; establishing use, height, area, and off-street parking regulations; providing for yards, coubts and other open spaces; providing for the adoption of maps, showing the boundaries of said zones; providing for a, Board of Adjustment; providing for the administration and enforcement of this Ordinance, and fixing penal- ties for the violation of its provisions; repealing Ordinances numbered B-22, B-35, B-51, 113; 71, B-126, B-147, B-172 and B-293, and all amendments thereto, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances ,in conflict herewith. BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That there 2 15 hereby added a new Paragraph No. 19 of Section 800 of Ordinance No. .--2095 which shall read as follows: • Section 800: LAND USE. 19. Electrical or similar service shops catering dir- ectly to the consumer; and contractor's offices pro- vided, however, no storage of heavy equipment nor ser- vicing of such equipment shall be permitted. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be, and is, hereby declared to be in full force and effect thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, approval and publication, as provided by law and the City Charter.
