BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That Ondinance No. B-2141, of the City of Yakima, the same being the Ordinance adopting the Uniform Buidling Code, 1958 II Edition, copyright 1958 py the Internation Conference of Building Offic- ials be, and the same hereby is, amended by the adopting of a new section, - numbered Section 1 (a), which shall read as follows, to-wit: Section 1 (a). That the Appendix of the Uniform Building Code, 1959 Edition, copyright 1958 by the International Conference of Buidling Officials (Pages 329 to 364, inclusive) be, and the same is hereby a dopted as part of the Uniform Building Code of the City of Yakima, and the provisions and regulatiaas thereof are herFpy adopted as the pro- visions and regulations of the City of Yakima, and/S6veral sections or numbers therein shall constitute the numbers and may be referred to as the numbers of this Ordinance. Section 2. That the Appendix adopted by Section 1, of this Ordinance is contained in the 1958 Edition of said Uniform Building Code and that three copies thereof, are presently on file for use and examin- ation by the public in the office of the City Building Inspector. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be, and is herebydeclared to be, in full force and effect thirty days from and after its final passage, approval and publication, as provided by law and the City Charter.
