B-2229'" 47 ‘ )91: ""ANCE 010121071 AN ORDINANCE providing for the appropriation of funds from the unappro- priated funds of the Current Expense Fund to establish a working fund an declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, it is deemdd by the City Commission to be in the best interests of the City of Yakima to establish a Working Fund in addition to the 1959 Budget Appropriation from whcih all payments for materials and laluor shall be made for work done for private parties and into which all payments received from said private parties shall be paid, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. There is hereby e stablished in addition to the 1959 Budget Appropriation, a Working Fund in the sum of $2,500.00 to be appropriated to that fund from the unappropriated funds of the Current Expense Fund. This fund to belused for the purpose of making payments for materials and labor for work done for private parites and into which payments received from said private parties shall be paid. When the amount collected would result in the Working Fund exceeding •2,500.00 the excess will be depotited to Current Expense Fund. Section 2. This ordinance is one to provide for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and safety, and an emer- gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force, and effect iminediately upon its pass, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
