ORDINANCE NO B-2219
AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima, Wash-
ington, of certain property contiguous to the City of
Yakima.
WHEREAS, proceedings have been had in accordance with
Chapter 128 of the Laws of 1945, for the annexation of the property here-
inafter described,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property conti-
guous to the City of Yakima, Washington, to-wit:
Mary Lin Park Addition
Summitview Horne Sites
A part of the following described tract:
Beginning at the centDr line of W. Chestnut St. and the
center line of S. 42nd Ave., which is the present City
Limits, thalWest along said center line to the Westerly
line of Summitview Homesites, thence North along the
Westerly line of Summitview Homesides and the Westerly
line of Summitview Homesites extended to the center line
of Summitview Ave., thence East along said center line
of Summitview Ave. to the Center line of Crestway, also
known as 42nd Ave., thence South along said center line
to the point of beginning.
be and the sarne is hereby annexed to the City of Yakima
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and
the City Charter.
