WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Yakima has
recommended to the Yakima City Commission by letter dated. June 24, 1958,
that the real propertY hereinafter described in the City of Yakima, County
of Yakima, Washf.ngton, be rezoned from Residential zone R-3 to General
Business zone B-3,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:

Section 1. The recommendation of the City Planning Commission
is herewith in all respects approved and adoPted and the following• described
property situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, is hereby rezoned
from Residential zone R-3 to General Business zone B-3:
North 157.25 feet of the West 146.7 feet of the Southwest
Quarter, Northwest Quarter, Northwest Quarter, Section 20,
Township 13 North, Range 19, except North 20 feet for road
and except West 30 feet to corner far right of way and except
nart of 30 foot strip deeded for right of way, and.
The East 50 feet of the North 157.25 feet of the West 146.7
feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest quarter, North-
west quarter, Section 20, Township 13 North, Range 19 E.W.M.,
subject to right of way for alley Purposes over the south 5
feet thereof, and
The East 115 feet of the West 261.7 feet of the South 157.25
feet of the North 177.25 feet of the Southwest Quarter, North-
west Quarter, 'Nerthwest'Quarter, of Section 20, Township 13
North, Range 19, E.W.M., and.
The North 146.7 feet of the East 65.2 feet of the West 326.9

feet of the South half of the Northwest Quarter, Northwest
Quarter of Section 20, Township 13 North, Range 19 E.W.M.,
except the North 20 feet for road and except part of the 30
foot strip to City for right of way.
The general description being 1102, 1104, 1106 and 1110
Terrace Heights Way.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
30 days (thirty days) after its passage, approval and publication as Pro-
vided by law and the City Charter.
