ORDINANCE NO. B-2178

AN ORDINANCE rezoning certain specific property situate in the City of
Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington; and declaring an emer-
gency.
WHJ,REAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezon-
ing of certain specific property in the City of Yakima as hereinafter more
fully described, and it appearing that the City Planning Commission has
duly considered and recommended such change, and there having been con-
ducted a public hearing thereon; and it appearing to be in the best inter-
ests of the City of Yakima to so rezone said Premises, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property situate in
the City of Yakima, County of Yakima, Washington, to-wit:
The North 85 feet of Lot 1 and the North 150 feet of Lot 2,
Summitview Acre Tracts;
be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-3 zone to B-2 zone.
Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included and
depicted on the next regularly amended use District Map prepared by and for
the said City.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to file with the Y,kima County Auditor a certified copy of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance is one to provide for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, property ;-c health and safety and an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publication as pro-
vided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 11
day of June, 1958,

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true, full and correct
