BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: 1 SECTION t Subsection 7.65.070(E.) of the City of Yakima Municipal Codeis 2 amended to read as follows: 3 . No discharger shall discharge industrial wastewater containing 4 concentrations (and /or mass limitations) that exceed any of the 5 ' following local discharge limits . unless prior written approval has 6 been obtained from the department of engineering & utilities: 7 8 ' Material . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its passage, 69 approval, and publication as provided by law and by the City Charter.
