1 AN ORDNANCE relating to zoning and land use; amending exi s ting land development fees
2 and adding a new fee for Administrative Adjustments of certain Class 1 and 2 uses ;
3 and amending Section 15.26.O10B of the City of Yakima Municipal Code.
4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:

6 Subsection 15.26.01013 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the January 21, 1997 City Council meeting, staff was directed to prepare legislation
to implement an adjustment of application fees for zoning and other land use items to
reflect the 2.9% Cost of Living increase (based upon the Seattle- Tacoma Region CPI).
