HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-2972 REZONE PROPERTY AT 1206 TIETON DRIVE c 29 7 2 AN ORDINANCE affirming :1 Hearing Examiner's recommendation to rezone property at 1206 Tieton Drive, and amending the zoning map of the City of Yakima. 110 WHEREAS, on June 4, 1986, the Hearing Examiner held a hearing on ,the application of Duane Wagner for the rezone of property at 1206 Tieton Drive, Yakima, Washington, the legal description of which is set out hereinbelow,-Irom'R-2, Two- Family Residential District to SCC, Small Convenience Center District, and WHEREAS, as a result of that hearing, the Hearing Examiner recommended to the City Council that the rezone be granted, and 411 WHEREAS, at its public meeting of July 8, 1986, the City Council determined that the decision of the Hearing Examiner should be affirmed, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The decision of the Hearing Examiner, recom- mending the rezone of property at 1206 Tieton Drive, Yakima, Washington, the legal description of which is as follows: Lot 24, Block 4, Richland Second Addition to North Yakima, now Yakima, as recorded in Volume "B" of Plats, Page 29, records of Yakima County, Washington. from R-2, Two-Family .Residential District to SCC, Small 0110 Convenience Center District, is hereby affirmed; and that property is hereby rezoned to SCC, Small Convenience Center District. Section 2. The City of Yakima zoning map is hereby amended to correspond to the rezone ordained by Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the Yakima County Auditor a certified copy of this ordinance. • II/ • REZONE.OR2/G5 1' Section 4.
