Section 1. Section 8 80 025 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety as follows. !I, f!, Section 2. Unfortunately, one section of the Municipal Code was inadvertently omitted and should have been repealed in Ordinance 2007 -06 The attached ordinance repeals the obsolete provision of the Yakima Municipal Code.
