conduct a 6 -month pilot program to provide public transportation /transit service to the city of
Union Gap This pilot program will educate and expose the citizens of Union Gap to full
Transit service prior to their vote this November on a sales tax ballot measure City Council
had already authorized the execution of an interlocal agreement with the City of Union Gap
