2019 City of Yakima Communications Report

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The 2019 City of Yakima Communications Report provides an overview of the activities of the
City's Community Relations Office during the past year. The Community Relations Office serves
as the primary communications and media relations contact for all City departments, divisions,
and offices. The 2019 City of Yakima Communications Report includes data regarding the
utilization by the City of traditional (TV, radio, newspaper, etc.) and emerging (Facebook,
nstagram, Twitter, and other social media) messaging platforms. Additionally, the report includes
data regarding the various outreach efforts undertaken by the City in 2019.

saw a gain of 221 followers.
