• for any public purpose The property will be placed on the tax rolls and there will be no
potential maintenance costs for the City in the future

4. Consistency with Existing and Anticipated Development in the Area Based
on Zoning, Current Use and Long -Range Plans. The requested alley right -of -way

vacant parcels to the east and south, and there may be a need to rezone those parcels if
their future proposed use does not fit the zoning
5. Provisions for Relocation of Existing Utilities or Easements for Existing
Utilities. No existing pubhc or pnvate utilities or other improvements are located within
the alley nght -of -way area proposed for vacation.
