HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-3457 Parcel X , ORDINANCE NO. 3457 AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the law firm of Lyon, Beaulaurier, Weigand, Suko & Gustafson to insti- tute and prosecute legal proceedings for the condemnation and acquisition of real property for the Tieton Drive and 32nd Avenue Intersection Improvement Project; providing for the condemna- tion and taking of such real property and de- claring the condemnation and taking thereof to be necessary for a public use required by the public Interests, directing that compensation for such taking be paid from fund number 342 - Public Works Trust Fund of the City of Yakima. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The law firm of Lyon, Beaulaurier, Weigand, Suko & c,ustafson is hereby authorized and directed to insti- tute and prosecute an action in the Superior Court of the State. of Washington, in and for Yakima County, for the condem- nation and acquisition of certain real property which is 4111 Jeyall described in E \hibit A attached hereto, for the Tieton Dri %e and 32nd Avenue Intersection Improvement Project, in the Cit\ (/f ]akima, Washington, all in accordance with plans for sc I :LmI ro\ eme rats as depicted on a drawing prepared the Enginef -r, a copy of which drawing and legal de- ions are on file in the office of the City Engineer, butt! 1 1.hich plans and property descriptions are incprporated hi rein as if fully set forth. Stction 2 The acquisition of said real properly for the purposes herein mentioned is required for the interests of the public and of the City of Yakima, and the uses and purposes herein mentioned do constitute a pub__c use of s4.ad property, and said real property is necessary for the use and purposes mentioned herein. Section 3.
