AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the law firm of Lyon,
Beaulaurier, Weigand, Suko & Gustafson to insti-
tute and prosecute legal proceedings for the
condemnation and acquisition of real property for
the Tieton Drive and 32nd Avenue Intersection
Improvement Project; providing for the condemna-
tion and taking of such real property and de-
claring the condemnation and taking thereof to be
necessary for a public use required by the public
Interests, directing that compensation for such
taking be paid from fund number 342 - Public
Works Trust Fund of the City of Yakima.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. The law firm of Lyon, Beaulaurier, Weigand,
Suko & c,ustafson is hereby authorized and directed to insti-
tute and prosecute an action in the Superior Court of the
State. of Washington, in and for Yakima County, for the condem-
nation and acquisition of certain real property which is
4111 Jeyall described in E \hibit A attached hereto, for the Tieton
Dri %e and 32nd Avenue Intersection Improvement Project, in the
Cit\ (/f ]akima, Washington, all in accordance with plans for
sc I :LmI ro\ eme rats as depicted on a drawing prepared the
Enginef -r, a copy of which drawing and legal de-
ions are on file in the office of the City Engineer,
butt! 1 1.hich plans and property descriptions are incprporated
hi rein as if fully set forth.
Stction 2 The acquisition of said real properly for the
purposes herein mentioned is required for the interests of the
public and of the City of Yakima, and the uses and purposes
herein mentioned do constitute a pub__c use of s4.ad property,
and said real property is necessary for the use and purposes
mentioned herein.
Section 3. The compensation for said real property to be
taken shall be payable from fund number 342 - Public Works
Trust Fund of the City of Yakima.

effect 30 days after its passage, approval, and publication as
prc<<ided by law and by the City Charter.

the north line of said Section 27, a distance
of 252.21 feet; thence S 0 °00'07" W 30.00 feet
to the point of beginning of thH herein de-

thence S 89 °59'53" E 95.17 feet, thence on a
cur\.e to the right having a radius of 24.00

thence Westerly along the North line of Tract
A 10 feet; thence Southeasterly to a point on
the East line of said Tract A, said point being
15 feet South of the Northeast corner of said
Tract A; thence Northerly along the East line
of Tract A to the point of beginning.
