HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-3484 Increased Fees • ORDINANCE NO 3434 AN ORDINANCE: related to buildings, increasing building permit fees for certain structures, and amending Section 11 04 028 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code. WHEREAS, the State Legislature now requires jurisdictions to place radon detectors in all new single - family residences and multi - family residential buildings, and WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has authority pursuant to RCW 19 27 095 and 19 27 100 to include the cost of such detector devices in building fees applicable to the above -named structures, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1 Section 11 04 028 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Amendment to Table Number 3 -A.
