AN ORDINANCE amending the 1981 Budget for the City of Yakima; appro-
priating money in 000-General Fund to Account
032.122.522.40.64 therein as a 1981 appropriation
for 000-General Fund.
WHEREAS, 000-General Fund contains unappropriated money
available for appropriation as provided by this ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the amount of $2,500 must be appropriated within
such fund to authorize expenditures therefrom as may be required
during the year 1981, and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1981 Budget
• it could not reasonably have been foreseen that the appropriation
provided for herein would be required; and the City Council finds
that an emergency exists of the type contemplated by R.C.W.
35.33.091 and that it is in the best interests of the City to
make the appropriation herein provided, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. The amount of $2,500 is hereby appropriated
from unappropriated money in 000-General Fund to Account 032.122.
522.40.64 of such fund as a 1981 appropriation for 000-General
Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance is one making an appropriation
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law and by the City Charter.
