AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic control; prohibiting parking
• of certain vehicles on certain streets; and amend-
ing Section 9.50.480 of the City of Yakima Munici-
pal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Section 9.50.480 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read, as follows:
"9.50.480 Parking of certain vehicles prohibited
on certain streets. When signs are erected giving notice
thereof, no person shall park a vehicle as herein speci-
fied and as specified on such sign at any time upon any
street where such sign is erected and herein specified
as follows:
1. Motor trucks bearing a licensed gross weight,

• in accordance with Section 9.20.040 (RCW
46.16.170), in excess of 10,000 pounds:
a. . Both sides of North 1st Street between
"B" Street and "I" Street.
• b. The east side of North 1st Street from
a point 115 feet south of Sycamore Street
to a point 160.feet north of Sycamore
• Street..
• • • c. The north and south sides of "E" Street
• between 1st Street and Front Street.

d. The east side of Front Street 200 feet
south and 200 feet north of "E" Street.
e. West side of Front Street between Yakima
Avenue and "A" Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
III thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as
vided by law and by the City Charter.
