AN ORDINANCE relating to public services and utilities; specifying
fees and charges for property and services at Tahoma
111, Cemetery; and amending Subsection 7.04.090 (b) of the
City of Yakima Municipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Subsection 7.04.090 (b) of the City of Yakima Muni-
1110 cipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"7.04.090 Rules and Regulations. Following are the rules and
regulations, including schedules of fees and charges, applicable to
the operation of Tahoma Cemetery:
(b) Commencing February 1, 1980, the following schedule of
fees and charges shall be in effect and applicable at Tahoma Ceme-
tery. All' fees and charges provided for herein shall be paid in
advance.

Section 2. Fees and charges specified by Subsection 7.04.090 (b)
of the City of Yakima Municipal Code prior to its amendment by Section 1 All
of this ordinance shall remain in effect until February 1, 1980.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and
by the City Charter.
