AN ORDINANCE relating to the Building Code; repealing Chapter
11.36, "Liquefied Petroleum Gases", and Sections
11.36.010, 11.36.020 and 11.36.030, all of the City
411 of Yakima Municipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Chapter 11.36, "Liquefied Petroleum Gases", and
Sections 11.36.010, 11.36.020 and 11.36.030, all of the City of
Yakima Municipal Code, are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as pro-
411 vided by law and by the City Charter.
