AN ORDINANCE relating to zoning; adopting a schedule of filing
fees for various city zoning and other land use
and development functions; and amending Section
12.80.020 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code. ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Section 12.80.020 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as
"12.80.020 Fees. A. Fees in amounts designated
by the following schedule shall be paid to the City by
the applicant at the time of the filing of any applica-
tion for the following actions, respectively:

R-3, B-1 $150+$20/Acre ($350 Max.)

Preliminary PD $175+$20/Acre ($500 Max.)

B. The application fee for outside utility service
to existing single-family residences shall be $10 for
each residence, together with the actual recording fee,
in those instances where a contemplated utility service
area contains ten or more existing single-family dwellings
as potential customers of the utility service, and where
clerical assistance is provided by property owners within
the area and arrangements are made with the Department
of Community Development for a designated time and place
within or in close proximity to the service area for
making applications for such service."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as pro-
vided by law and by the City Charter.
