HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-2424 WATER SERVICE CHARGES ORDINANCE NO. :2 AN ORDINANCE relating to public services and utilities; specifying water service charges; and amending Section 7.68.250 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: secti6n 7.68.250 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "7.,68.250 Water service charges. The charge for domestic water supplied shall consist of ready-to-serve charge and a charge for water consumed as follows: One-month Two-month Period Period Ready-to-serve charges : Meter Size 3/4" and smaller $1.00 1.00 1" 1.50 2.00 1 1/2" 3.00 5.00 2" 600 11.00 3" 15.00 29.00 4" 24.00 47.00 6" 54.00 107.00 8" 96.00 190.00 10" 150.00 298.00 12" 216.00 430.00 Charges for water consumed per one hundred cubic feet: First 300 cu. ft. $ 0.50 Next 300 cu. ft. Minimum ready-to-serve and consumption charges for water supplied outside the city shall be computed by multiply- ing the applicable rate above by 1.5." Section 2.
