ORDINANCE NO. vR/ b / AN ORDINANCE granting modifications to a Planned Development Zone for certain property situated at 615 West Nob Hill Boulevard within the City of Yakima. • WHEREAS, by City' of Yakima Ordinance No. 1525, enacted May 29, 1973, real property described below was zoned Planned Develop- ment Zone, and WHEREAS, Preferred Real Estate /Dale York, owners of such property, have requested modifications to the plan and program for the development of a portion of such property; and the Planning Commission recommended granting such modifications pursuant to its hearing conducted on March 7, 1978, and WHEREAS, on April 10, 1978, the Yakima City Council held a public hearing on the request for such modifications, as a result of which hearing the City Council finds that the recommendation • of the Planning Commission should be accepted and that such modi- fications should be granted so that the development of the portion of such property described herein shall conform to the modified final development plan and program attached hereto, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. Modifications to the Planned Development Zone of property owned by Preferred Real Estate /Dale York, situated in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, and legally described as follows: The south 150 feet of the following described property: Lots 29 and 30 and the east 15 feet of Lot 28, Blackburns Half Acre Tracts, Yakima, Wall ington, as recorded in Volume "D" of Plats, page 14, records of Yakima County, • Washington, are hereby granted so that the development of said property shall conform to the final development plan and program, as modified, attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included and depicted on the next regularly amended Use District Map pre- pared by and for the City. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed • to file with the Yakima County Auditor a certified copy of this ordinance. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as pro- vided by law and by the City Charter.
