AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of City of Yakima Ordinance No.
2199, enacted August 14, 1978, entitled "AN ORDI-
NANCE providing for the improvement of certain property
III by constructing a pipe sewer with the necessary wye
branches and manholes; establishing a Local Improve-
ment District, providing for the method of payment
thereof, and creating a special fund".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Section 1 of City of Yakima Ordinance No. 2199,
enacted August 14, 1978, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The following described property situate
in Yakima County, Washington, shall be improved by construct-
ing a pipe sewer with the necessary wye branches and man-
e - holes:
The south 135 feet of Lot 1; the south 135 feet
of the east 250 feet of Lot 23; Lot 22, except the
west 170 feet thereof; and all of Lots 3 through 21
of Ranchette Subdivision, as recorded in Volume "J"
of Plats, page 8, records of Yakima County, Washing-
ton."
Section 2. This ordinance is one relating to local improve-
ments or assessments therefor, and shall become effective
immediately upon its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
