ORDINANCE NO. 411 AN ORDINANCE accepting the recommendation of the Planning Commis- sion and rezoning property situated at 111 North Naches Avenue in the City of Yakima, Washington, from R-3, Multiple-Family Zone, to Planned Development Zone. 4111 WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, the City Council , of the City of Yakima held a hearing on the 29th day of January, 1979, upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission that real property situated at 111 North Naches Avenue in the City of Yakima, Washington, the legal description of which is set out hereinbelow, be rezoned from R-3, Multiple-Family Zone, to Planned Development Zone, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that such recommendationof 111 . the Planning Commission for such rezoning should be approved for the reasons that such rezoning is in accord with good planning and with the General Plan of the City of Yakima; that the majority of property owners in the vicinity do not oppose the change in classification; that the needs of the City and COLffintinity do require such change and that the highest and best use of said property is for Planned Development, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The recommendation of, the Planning of the City of Yakima that the following described real property situated at 111 North Naches Avenue in the City of Yakima, Washing- ton, and more particularly described as follows: Lots 11 and 12, Block 109, Town of North Yakima, as recorded in Volume "E" of Plats, page 1, records of Yakima County, Washington, be rezoned from R-3, Multiple-Family Zone, to Planned Development Zone be, and the same is hereby, approved and said real property is hereby rezoned to a Planned Development Zone, all in accordance with, and to conform to, the final development plan and program 410 therefor approved by the Yakima Planning Commission, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. Section 2. This above change in zoning shall be included and 111 depicted on the next regularly amended Use District Map prepared by and for the City. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed 0 to file with the Yakima County Auditor a certified copy of this ordinance. Section 4.
