AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic control; prohibiting parking on
a portion of North 4th Avenue within the City of
Yakima; and amending Section 9.50.500 of the City
of Yakima Municipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Section 9.50.500 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Subsection 9.50.500 (30)
to read as follows:
"9.50.500 Parking prohibited at all times on certain
streets,. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no
person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the fol-
lowing streets:
(30) The east side of North Fourth Avenue from Cherry
Avenue to a point 350 feet south thereof."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
