AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of public
street in the City of Yakima, Washington.
111 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Yakima requesting the vacation of the hereinafter des-
cribed portion of public street, and
WHEREAS, a hearing by the City Council was duly held on said
petition, and as a result of such hearing the City Council finds
it to be in the best interests of the City of Yakima that said peti-
tion be granted and that said portion of street be vacated, now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. The following described portion of street in the
City of Yakima, Washington, ito wit:
That part of Swan Avenue according to the plat of Moreau
Ili Brothers Addition No. 2 recorded in Volume "0" of Plats,
page 3, records of Yakima County, Washington, from the
easterly line of Lot 1 to the westerly line of Lot 3,
be, and the same is hereby, vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
