The City Council reviews all recommendations of the Planning Commission. After discussion, MOTION: Hill moved and Cousens seconded to amend the motion to replace HCNBC with Partnership Committee. After discussion, Funk raised a point of order that members should not misrepresent other members positions. Coffey ruled the point is well taken. Cousens stated this has been addressed previously that Mendez would recuse herself from the Partnership Committee on this topic and allow Cousens to attend as the alternate, which allows for a good mix of Council members. After discussion, Gutierrez raised a point of order to keep the conversation germane to the motion. Coffey ruled the point is well taken.
