AN ORDINANCE transferring the amount of $18,998.16 from 199-Federal Shared Revenue Fund to 361-Airport Improvement Fund; and appropriating $23,590.00 from unappropriated money in 361-Airport Improvement Fund to Account 546.25.65 as a 1975 appropriation for 361-Airport Improvement Fund. WHEREAS, 199-Federal Shared Revenue Fund contains money available for transfer and appropriation as provided by this ordi- nance, and WHEREAS, the amount of $18,998.16 must be transferred to 361-Airport Improvement Fund, and the amount of $23,590.00 must be appropriated therein in order to pay costs of the Yakima Air Terminal parking lot for the balance of the current year, and WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1975 Budget it could not reasonably have been foreseen that such transfer and appropriation would be required; and •the City Council finds that an emergency exists of the type contemplated by R.C.W. 35.33.091 and that it is in the best interests of the City to make the trans- fer and appropriation herein provided, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. The amount of $18,998.16 is hereby transferred from 199-Federal Shared Revenue Fund to 361-Airport Improvement Fund for appropriation therein as provided by this ordinance. Section 2. As the transfer provided by Section 1 hereof becomes effective, the amount of $23,590.00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated money in 361-Airport Improvement Fund to Account 546.25.65 as a 1975 appropriation for 361-Airport Improvement Fund. Section 3. The Director of Finance and the City Treasurer of the City of Yakima are hereby authorized to make the necessary trans- fer to carry out this ordinance. Section 4. This ordinance is one making an appropriation and shall take effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publi- cation as provided by law and by the City Charter.
