Municipal Code; and declaring an emergency. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. Section 11.32.030 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "11.32.030 Amendment to Section 304. Section 304 of the Uniform Mechanical Code adopted by this chapter is hereby amended to read as follows: 'Section 304. Any person desiring a permit required by this code shall, at the time of filing an application therefor, pay a fee as required by this section. 1. For the issuance of each permit 4.00 2. For the installation or relocation of each forced-air or gravity-type furnace or burner, including ducts and vents attached to such appliance, up to and including 100,000 B.T.U.'s . 4.00 411 3. For the installation or relocation of each forced-air or gravity-type furnace or burner, including ducts and vents attached to such appliance over 100,000 B.T.U.'s . . . . . . 5.00 4. For the installation or relocation of each floor furnace, including vent 4 00 5. For the installation or relocation of each suspended heater, recessed wall heater or floor mounted unit heater ...... . . . 4.00 6.
