AN ORDINANCE amending the Official Fire Zone Map of the City of
Yakima.
WHEREAS, by the enactment of Ordinance No. 1813, dated July 14,
er 1975, and Ordinance No. 1856, dated November 3, 1975, property was
rezoned in such a manrer so as to require amendments to the Official
Fire Zone Map of the City of Yakima as specified below, in accordance
with Section 10.08.020 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Fire Zone No. 2 is hereby declared to be the appro-
priate fire zone classification applicable to the following described
property in the City of Yakima:
The area south of the centerline of East A Street, between
North 6th Street and North 9th Street, in Blocks130, 150,
and 170 of Huson's Addition to North Yakima, now YakiMa,
Washington, according to the official plat thereof recorded
III in Volume "A" of Plats, page 11, records of Yakima County,
Washington,
and the Official Fire Zone Map No. 13 of the City of Yakima, adopted
by Section 10.08.010 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, is hereby
amended accordingly.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
