AN ORDINANCE granting modifications to a Planned Development Zone
for certain property situated at the northeast corner
of Arlington and South 14th Avenue within the City
of Yakima.
WHEREAS, by City of Yakima Ordinance No. 1282, enacted

January 25, 1971, real property described below was zoned Planned
Development Zone, and
WHEREAS, Randy Meyer and John Edwards, owners of such property,
have requested modifications to the plan and program for the develop-
ment of such property; and the Planning Commission recommended
granting such modifications pursuant to its hearing conducted on
March 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1976, the Yakima City Council held a
public hearing on the request for such modifications, as a result
of which hearing the City Council finds that the recommendation of
!II the Planning Commission should be accepted and that such modifica-
tions should be granted so that the development of such property
shall conform to the modified final development plan and program
attached hereto, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Modifications to the Planned Development Zone
of property owned by Randy Meyer and John Edwards situated in the
City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, and legally described
as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Bonnie Brae Addition to North
Yakima, recorded in Volume A of Plats, page 127, records
of Yakima County, Washington,
are hereby granted so that the development of said property shall
III conform to the final development plan and program, as modified,
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.

Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included and
depicted on the next regularly amended Use District Map prepared by
and for the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed 4110
to file with the Yakima County Auditor a certified copy of this
ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
