ORDINANCE NO. , 1682 —
AN ORDINANCE placing a parcel of real property in the City of
Yakima on the Irrigation Maintenance Roll of Irri-
gation Maintenance District No. 624.
WHEREAS, the following described real property situated in
the City of Yakima, Yakima County, State of Washington, to-wit:
The west half of the following: The south 90 feet of.
• the north 552 feet of the west 300 feet of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 30, Township
13 North, Range 19 E.W.M., EXCEPT the west 30 feet for
street and EXCEPT the southwest corner for street;
is located adjacent and contiguous to Irrigation Maintenance
District No. 624, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said real property desire to be fur-
nished irrigation water through the facilities serving Irrigation
Maintenance District No. 624 and have paid their proportional
share of the cost of said improvement in the same manner and amount
as the same would have been assessed had it been included in said
district as initially originated and created, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the owners of
said real property pay the annual irrigation maintenance assess-
ment proportional to the amounts paid by the owners of other pro-
• perties within said District No. 624, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following parcel of real property situated
in the City of Yakima, Yakima County Washington, to-wit:
The west half of the following: The south 90 feet of the
north 552 feet of the west 300 feet of the northwest quar-
ter of the northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 13
North, Range 19 E.W.M., EXCEPT the west 30 feet for street
and EXCEPT the southwest corner for street;
is hereby included on the Irrigation Maintenance Roll of Irriga-
tion Maintenance District No. 624; and the Director of Finance of
the City of Yakima is hereby authorized and directed to make irri-
gation maintenance assessments against said parcel in proportion
to the charges assessed other parcels of property within said Local
Improvement District.
Section 2. The Director of Finance of the City of Yakima is
hereby authorized and directed to notify the owners of said parcel
of land of the inclusion of the same within said Irrigation Main-
tenance Roll.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its final passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law and by the City Charter.

AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT WHEREAS, the City of.
Yakima, Washington, created Local Improvement District No. 624,
for the purpose of constructing and installing headworks and a
system of mains, water pipes and service-connections furnish7
ing:water under pump pressure for irrigation purposes to all
property within said District No. 624; and ' •
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Central Assembly of God, is the
owner of the following described property situated in the City
of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to-wit:
The west .half of the following described. property: The
south 90 feet of the north 552 feet of the west 300 feet
of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of.
Section 30, Township 13 North, Range 19 E.W.M., EXCEPT
the west 30 feet for street, AND EXCEPT the southwest cor-
ner for street,
• which lot is adjacent to and-contiguous to Local Improvement Dis-
trict No. 624; and the undersigned is desirous of having irriga-
tion water serviceextended to the property above described;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, Central Assembly of God,
does hereby covenant and agree that .said above described property
shall be assessed its proportional share and costs of said improve-
ment in the same manner and amounts.as the same would have been
assessed had it been included in the district as originally-initiated
and created, due allowance being made for depreciation, which assess-

ment is $238.04. This assessment is to be paid to the City Treasurer
on or before the acceptance of this Agreement by the, City. Further
more, before this Agreement is accepted by theCity, the undersiged
shall transfer to the. City the water rights appurtenance to the
above.described property.
