General Fund and appropriating that amount to various accounts as 1974 appropriations for 000-General Fund. 411 WHEREAS, 321-Central Business District Capital Improvement Fund contains money available for transfer and appropriation as 1)rovided by this ordinance, and WHEREAS, the amount of .$1,500 mus;:. be transferred to and appropriated in 000-General Fund for the purpose of building a model of the Central Business District of the City of Yakima, and WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1974 Budget it could not reasonably have been foreseen that such transfer and - would be required; and the City Council finds that ?ri emergency exists of the type contemp3ated by R.C.W. 35.33.091 11,1 that it is in the best interests of the City to make the trans- ., Ppri appropriations herein provided, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Sectionl.
