AN ORDINANCE granting modifications to a Planned Development Zone
for certain property situated along South 48th Avenue
west of Randall Park within the City of Yakima.
WHEREAS, by City of Yakima Ordinance No. 1394, enacted March
IIP 20, 1972, real property described below was zoned Planned Develop-
ment Zone, and
WHEREAS, Clarence Marshall and David W. Dailey, owners of such
property, have requested modifications to the plan and program for
the development of such property; and the,Planning Commission recom-
mended granting such modifications pursuant to its hearing conducted
on May 6, 1975, and
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1975, the Yakima City Council held a public
hearing on the request for such modifications, as a result of which
hearing the City Council finds that the recommendation of the Plan-
ning Commission should be accepted and that such modifications
should be granted so that the development of such property shall
conform to the modified final development plan and program attached
hereto, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Modifications to the Planned Development Zone of
property owned by Clarence Marshall and David W. Dailey situated
in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, •and legally des-

cribed as follows:
Lot 25, Yakima Valley Orchard Tracts, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Volume A of Plats, Page 75,
records of Yakima County, Washington,
are hereby granted so that the development of said property shall
9 conform to the final development plan and program, as modified,
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.

Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included and
depicted on the next regularly amended Use District Map prepared
by and for the City.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to file with the Yakima County Auditor a certified copy of this
ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
