AN ORDINANCE appropriating the amount of $30,000 from unappropriated
revenue in 473 - Water -Sewer Fund to Account 519.80.6..73
as a 1975 appropriation for such fund for reimbursement
to 477 - Domestic Water Improvement Fund, and appropriating
$30,000 to be so received in 477 - Domestic Water Improve -
411 ment Fund to Account 534.30.65 as a 1975 appropriation
for such fund.
WHEREAS, 473-Water-Sewer Fund contains unappropriated money
available for appropriation as provided by this ordinance, to be
appropriated for the purpose of making reimbursement to 477 - Domestic
Water Improvement Fund for installation of the North 22nd Avenue
domestic water improvement project, and
WHEREAS, upon such reimbursement being made, the amount of
$30,000 must be appropriated from unappropriated funds in 477 - Domestic
Water Improvement Fund so as to be available for expenditure as pro-
vided by the city budget, and
• WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1975 Budget it could
not reasonably have been foreseen that such appropriations would be
required; and the City Council finds that an emergency exists of the
type contemplated by RCW 35.33.091 and that it is in the best interests
of the City to make the appropriations herein provided, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. The amount of $30,000 is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated money in 473 - Water -Sewer Fund to Account 519.80.65.73
as a 1975 appropriation for 473 - Water -Sewer Fund for the purpose of
making reimbursement to 477 - Domestic Water Improvement Fund.
Section 2. As the reimbursement contemplated by Section 1 of
this ordinance becomes effective, the amount of $30,000 is hereby
appropriated from unappropriated money in 477 - Domestic Water Improve-
ment Fund to Account 534.30.65 as a 1975 appropriation for 477 -
Domestic Water Improvement Fund.
Section 3. This ordinance is one making appropriations and

shall take effect immediately upon its passage, approval and
publi-
cation as provided by law and by the City Charter.
