AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic control; designating parking meter
zones; and amending Subsection 9.75.030 (b) of the City
of Yakima Municipal Code.
411 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. Subsection 9.75.030 (b) of the City of Yakima Munici-
pal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto item (12) to read as
follows:
"9.75.030 Parking Meter Zones. In accordance with Section
9.36.220, the following parking meter zones are,hereby established:
(b) Four hour, five cents per hour, nickel-dime:
(12) West side of South 2nd Street from Spruce
Street to Pine Street."
Section 2. •This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after
its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law and by the
*City Charter.
