VICE PRESIDENT & THE CHALET VILLAGE WEST HAVEN GARDENS TREASIJRE#2 WIL8t1R CAMPBELL We propose a. 56 unit condominium apartment unit to be sold and protected by planned development zone as well as by a corporation to guarantee mainte- nance and upkeep of the parklike project. We will be surrounded by 40th Avenue on the west and screened by sidewalk : and landscape bern. We will be next to the beautiful Fisher Golf Course on the north. 38th avenue on the east and screened with landscapes on the south. We will be next to the Nob Hill Bowling Alley and the new office building complex now being planned which has . extensive parking and landscaped park areas. . The condominium declarations will also contain restrictions on the the ability . of the owners to convert any common area. t o anyother use or to construct addi- tional residences. It, is proposed that this will be accomplished by providing in the condominium declaration that there will be no conversion of the common area to other uses or the,. 'construction of any additional living units or the . subdivision of living units without 1QG% concurrence of all the members of the . - association of homeowners. It seems to me that this would effectively prevent any material change in the plot plan as the same deals with common areas, etc. This language should also effectively limit any further density. - - 9. This project will use all City of Yakima utilities and all other and. - 41, present utilities will be underground. 10. We firmly believe this will be a beautiful project and will be a very attractive addition to the community. r" T t y° , Lee Cam 411111, r i V • ','-12.-7.-',,,,,,,- .
