HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-1444 ORDINANCE NO. 0.9_y y AN ORDINANCE repealing City of Yakima Ordinance No. 1410 passed by the Yakima City Council May 22, 1972, pertaining to the acquisition of real property for the enlargement and improvement of Miller Park. • BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. City of Yakima Ordinance No. 1410, passed by the Yakima City Council on May 22, 1972, and entitled "AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing The City Attorney of the City of Yakima to institute and prosecute legal proceedings for the condemnation and acquisition of real property for the enlargement and improvement of a public park known as Miller Park; providing for the condemnation and taking of such real property and declaring the condemnation and taking thereof to be necessary for a public use required by the public interests; and directing that compensation for such taking be paid from the Park and Recreation Capital Fund- -331, and declaring an • emergency" is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and by the City Charter.
