AN ORDINANCE relating to licenses and business regulations, and re-
111 pealing in its entirety Chapter 5.82, "Theaters and
Public Shows" of the City of Yakima Municipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That Sections 5.82.010, .020, .030, .040, .050, .060,
.070, .080 and .090, constituting Chapter 5.82, "Theaters and Public
Shows" of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, are each and all hereby
repealed in their entirety, and the said Chapter 5.82 of the City of
Yakima Municipal Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law and by the City Charter.
PASSED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL, signed and approved this 7th day of
