AN ORDINANCE appropriating the amount of $60,000 within the Domestic
Water Improvement Fund to Account 7-950, Construction
Expenditures.
WHEREAS, the Domestic Water Improvement Fund contains unappro-
priated money in the amount of $60,000 which, by virtue of Section
3.72.030 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code, is required to be appro-
priated to Account 7-950, Construction Expenditures, in order to pay
expenses of additions and improvements to, and new facilities for,
the domestic water system of the City of Yakima, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section I. The amount of $60,000 is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated monies in the Domestic Water Improvement Fund to Account
• 7-950, Construction Expenditures, of the Capital Outlay Classification
therein.
Section 2. This Ordinance is one making an appropriation and
shall take effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publica-
tion as provided by law and by the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, signed and approved this 17th day of
April, 1967.
