AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic regulations; regulating and restrict-
ing the stopping, standing and parking of motor vehicles;
and amending Section 9.36.070 of the City of Yakima Muni-
cipal Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That Section 9.36.070 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"9.36.070 ADDITIONAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS. The opera-
tor of a vehicle shall not stop, park or angle park such a
vehicle on that part of the following named streets and
avenues as hereinafter indicated:
Both sides of East Lincoln Avenue from North Front Street
to North Fourth Street.
The South side of West Yakima Avenue from Twelfth Avenue
to Sixteenth Avenue.
The North side of West Yakima Avenue from Chicago Avenue
to Sixteenth Avenue.
Both sides of. West Chestnut Avenue from South Sixteenth
Avenue to South Twentieth Avenue.
The South side of West Chestnut Avenue from South
Twentieth Avenue to South Twenty- Second Avenue.
The South side of West Chestnut Avenue from South
• Sixth Avenue to South Seventh Avenue.
Both sides of West Chestnut Avenue from South Twelfth
Avenue to South Fifteenth Avenue.
Both sides of East Yakima Avenue from Front Street West
to the Railroad Tracks.
Both sides of East Yakima Avenue from Eighth Street to
Ninth Street.
The East side of South Seventh Avenue from West Yakima
Avenue to West Chestnut Avenue.
Both sides of West Yakima Avenue from Sixteenth Avenue.
to Twenty- Second Avenue.
Both sides of West Walnut Street from South Sixth Avenue
to South Eleventh Avenue.
Both sides of Walnut Street from South First Avenue to
the alley East of South Second Street.
Both sides of South Third Street for a distance of one
hundred feet North of the North property line of East Wash-
ington Street.
Both sides of South Third Street from its intersection
with South Second Street to the intersection of South Third
Street with East Washington Street.
The North side of West Spruce Street from Holton Avenue
to South Twelfth Avenue.
Both sides of West Lincoln Avenue from North Second
Avenue to North Sixteenth Avenue.
The South side of West Lincoln Avenue from North Sixteenth
Avenue to North Twenty - Fourth Avenue.
Both sides of Tieton Drive from South Fifth Avenue to
South Sixteenth Avenue, provided that stopping, standing and
parking is not prohibited on the North side of Tieton Drive
between South Eighth Avenue and South Ninth Avenue.
Both sides of "I" Street from North First Street to
North Fifth Avenue.
Both sides of North Fifth Avenue from West "B" Street
to West Lincoln Avenue.
Both sides of South Fifth Avenue from Division Street
to Queen Anne Boulevard.
The West side of South Fifth Avenue from Queen Anne
Boulevard to Stewart Street.
Loth sides of East "F' Street from North Eighth Street
one-half block East to alley.
The West side of South Eleventh Avenue from West Spruce
Street to West Walnut Street.
The West side of South First Street from Race Street to
a point 300 feet South of Lenox Avenue.
The South Side of Summitview Avenue from North Seventh
411 Avenue to North Thirty-Second Avenue except:
a. FroriLa point 39 feet West Of the centerline of
Hall AkTenue to a point 174 feet. West of the
centerline of Hall Avenue, and
b. From a point 454 feet West of the centerline of
Hall Avenue to North Fifteenth Avenue.

The West side of South Sixteenth Avenue from West
Washington Street to West Nob Hill Boulevard.
The West side of South Sixteenth Avenue from West Nob
Hill Boulevard to West Aead Avenue.
The South side of West Nob Hill Boulevard from Rock
Avenue to South Third Avenue.
The South side of East Nob Hill Boulevard from South Sixth
Street to South First Street.
Both sides of Nob Hill Boulevard from South First Street
to Rock Avenue.
The North side of West Nob Hill Boulevard from South
Third Avenue to South Sixteenth Avenue.
The'North side of West "A' Street from Hall Avenue to
North Sixteenth Avenue.
The West side of South Eleventh Avenue from Tieton Drive
North to the Yakima Valley Transportation Company Railroad
Tracks.
The West side of South Third Avenue from a point 692 feet
North of the centerline of Division Street South to Mead Avenue.
The East side of South Third Avenue from a point 373 feet
North of the centerline of West Prasch Avenue North, to a point
/714 feet North of the centerline of Division Street.
