ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE relating to health and sanitation; specifying hours for
dumping garbage and refuse at the sanitary land fill by
a licensed collector specifying a dumping fee to be
paid by a licensed collector; and amending Subsection
4:16.180(h) of the City of Yakima Municipal Code.
BE •IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIAA:
Section 1. Subsection 4.16.180(h) of the City of Yakima Plunici-
pal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.16.180(h) The city sanitary land fill shall be open
Monday through Friday of each week from eight a.m. to four-
thirty p.m. and each Saturday from nine a.m. to three p.m.,
city holidays excepted, for the dumping of garbage and refuse
by the licensed collector in the business classification.
Such licensed collector shall pay the city a dumping charge
for such service of fifteen thousand dollars per year, said
• charges to be paid to the City Treasurer on a quarterly basis."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law and by the City Charter.

Auaust, 1967.
