SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On October 27, 2017, the City of Yakima Department of Community Development received a
petition from Ken Nass for the vacation of a portion of platted right-of-way. The application was
reviewed at an open record public hearing held on February 8, 2018, and the City of Yakima
Hearing Examiner rendered his recommendation for approval on February 23, 2018.
