Report from Council Partnership Committee regarding YVCOG
Retreat

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
At the March 16 Council Partnership Committee meeting, there will be discussion about sending
Council Member Hill to the YVCOG Summit at Suncadia Resort April 15 — 17. As the YVCOG
member, Council Member Hill would possibly be the representative if Council approves sending
someone to the retreat. The estimated cost of participation is $550, reduced from the original
cost of $1,425 because YVCOG has obtained sponsorship for the event.
