ORDINANCE NO, - • AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain public utility easement in favor of the City of Yakima, Washington, across the following described property, to-wit: The East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of Lot 15; the East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of Lot 14; and the East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of the South Half of Lot 13 all in Johnson's Orchard Home Tracts according to the official plat thereof, now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Wash- ington. WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of the City of Yakima providing for the vacation of a certain public utility easement across the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, by resolution adopted by the City Council a hearing on said petition was set for the 5th day of April, 1961, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock p,m. in the office of the City Council at the City Hall, 410 Yakima, Washington, and notices thereof were duly given in the manner provided by statute and by the City Clerk of said City, and WHEREAS, upon the hearing on said petition no objection was made thereon or filed, and it being deemed for the best interests of the people of the City of Yakima that said petition be granted and that said public utility easement be vacated, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That certain public utility easement existing in favor of the City of Yakima, Washington, across the following described real property situate in Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to-wit: The East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of Lot 15; and the East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of Lot 14; and the East 10 feet of the West 145 feet of the South Half of Lot 13, all in Johnson's Orchard Home Tracts, according to the official plat thereof, now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington; be, and the same is hereby vacated, -1- Section 20 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect III thirty days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
