BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OP YAKIMA: Sectionl. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. B-2226 (Sec. 8.08.010 C.Y.M.C.) is hereby amended to read as follow Seetion 1. (8.08.010) The Arterial Street Plan showing location and classification of existing and proposed Major and Secondary Arterial Streets showing location of special featuresp such as grade separations prepared adopted and recommended by the Plan- ning Commission of the City of Yakima for the physical and other generally advantageous development of the City of Yakima is hereby adopted as the official street plan of the City of Yakima a map of said Arterial Street Plan being attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof and which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Yakima," Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty • (30) days from and after its final passage, approval and pub1ication as pI'ovided by law and by the City Charter.
