That Section 12.16,,050 of the City of Yakima Municipal • Code is hereby amended to read as followst " 1216.050 AREA REGULATIONS - LOT. The minimum lot area 411 of a lot or parcel for a one-family dwelling in an R..2 zone shall be seven thousand (7,000) square feet, except when one dwelling unit is joined to another by a Common wall at the property line, the minimum lot or parcel area for each- unit shall be four thousand (4,000) square feet.," . Seetion3, That Section 12.16.070 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:- • " 12016.070 AREA REGULATIONS - LOT WIDTH. Every lot or parcel created after the effective date of this titleeshall maintain a width of not less than sixty (GO) feet at the rear of the reQuired front yard, except, when one dwelling unit is joined to another by a'common wall at the property line to form a two-family dwelling, the minimum lot width at the rear of the required front yard shall be thirty (30) feet.. for each dwelling unit." Section 4.
